To have concrete, reliable documents for investors and institutions to cooperate with.
Sub-Levels:
At each level, 3 sub-competence levels are defined.
At the lower levels, the company's AI competency level has been determined in detail in three stages, including increasingly increasing competencies in terms of six criteria.
BYZ-YOM modelinde bireyin hangi seviyede olduğunu objektif biçimde saptamak için üç aşamalı bir strateji izlenir:
1. Self-Assessment
Defining the current situation and competencies of the company from its own internal perspective.
2. Objective Criteria-Based Evaluation (Theoretical and Applied)
a. Theoretical Evaluation (Knowledge and Processes):
Theoretical knowledge tests and process analyses are conducted for company employees and managers.
The company's theoretical knowledge regarding the determined FYZ-YOM criteria is evaluated.
b. Applied Evaluation (Projects and Infrastructure):
The company's previously completed or ongoing AI projects are evaluated.
Project success rates, infrastructures and tools used are examined.
3. External Expert Evaluation and Verification
Assess the company's AI competency level by independent and impartial experts and verify the results.
After determining the level of the company, a roadmap to reach the next level is determined. In the level transition model, the required activities to move from one level to the next level are defined in detail.
